It made me smile when you asked about categorizing beiges - I just have a beige category 😆 Loved the Leaf Peeping with Sasquatch polish, I wish it was still available!

Lol everyone categorizes things differently. For me, they end up in my “neutral” drawer so it doesn’t really make a difference. Leaf peeping is my favorite!

I call the beige/taupe colors neutrals but it's difficult to draw a line sometimes so i don't get too hung up on catagorizing by colors. If you say it's brown then it's brown 😁 my fav brown is ilnp dash of cocoa. It's like a purpley brown holo.

Oooo I’ll have to check it out! I love ilnp. I feel the same way. Sometimes it will lean a certain way and I don’t know how to categorize it. Happens with my pinks and purples all the time! Some will look pink with purple but with pink it looks purple 😂

My favorite kinds of browns are the deep, dark, chocolate browns which is also my favorite kind of chocolate to eat, lol! I’ve had DD Extraterrestrial for so long and keep meaning ti wear it for a Fugly Prugly Friday, I need to do that soon!!

Grey + brown = taupe. 😊 I have all my neutral cream polishes together and I sort them from lightest to darkest so beiges, tans, taupes and browns are all together. I guess I think of beige and tan of just being lighter brown shades. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have been drawn to browns recently too. There’s something warm and comforting about them. That Deborah Lippmann polish is gorgeous! 😱😻 That Dreamland is stunning! It’s one of my lemmings! 😻🤎

Yes I like to think of them as lighter browns too! I lump them all together in the same drawer anyways 😆 Maybe dreamland will bring that polish back for rewind!

I just love you color series videos. Brown is one of my favorite colors to wear. Did you know there are two versions of OPI my private jet?? There’s a grey version and a mor brown version. I finally found the brown version at TJMaxx. Love!!!

I like seeing all your brown polish shades; quite a range! For me, the ones that are lighter in color would be neutrals, the darker ones are brown, and tans are somewhere in the middle. TFS!

In re: beige/tan, I tend to consider that a separate category. Brown/taupe seems a more medium to dark shade to me. That said, I have been surprised at how much I love the browns/taupes that lean cool and/or maroon/purple. I love your collection - you have some really pretty polishes

I’m addicted but am enjoying it so much & love the community. I only have 1 Helmer, 1 big wall polish rack & a seasonal rack but I’m working on it 😁

Aaaaah this is a beauitful collection of browns! I classify beiges in the brown category too. To me these browns have something avant-gardy. I used to wear Opi You don‘t know Jacques and China Glaze Foie Gras a ton. And I treasure some Chanel browns and beiges since years. My most recent buy Painted Polish Liquid Love (I kick myself for not getting that whole collection. Cannot wait to see your brown manis. That Essie Expressie 'No time for local ' looks very unique! What did you think about those 2 China Glaze Coffee polishes? I think that collection was very pretty but all the reviews said horrible quality (3 coats needed even for the darkest brown etc)..

I was hesitant to get them too because of the reviews. To be honest, I can’t remember how the formula was with swatches. I feel like they weren’t good but I could be remembering wrong because I usually do a swatch fest and swatch a lot of polishes at a time.

Well I was highly distracted by what’s on your nails! Gorgeous! I’m very picky with browns. Some of these I love and some not so much. I think it’s the gray browns I don’t like. I only like blue leaning grays, so when brown is thrown in there it pulls too warm for me. My fave brown ever is ILNP’s On the Rocks! 😊

Thank you! Yes I plan to. I have a few I want to make a video on put for sale. I just have a lot going on right now and it’s hard to find the time. I make a little time for myself when I can to play with my ingredients but then I don’t always have time to do everything that needs to be done in order to sell it (make labels. Swatches. Video. Then fulfill any orders and get to the post office etc)

Until I saw this video, I thought I only had 1 brown: Emilia by Zoya (I don't include beiges with browns). But seeing this, I realize I have several other brown-leaning "blingy" polishes, mostly from the China Glaze Body & Sol collection a few years ago. Nice picks!

@@NurseJackie2582 Yes, from the ancient Celtic pagan holiday (end of summer) that coincides with what folks call Halloween. Those Irish names are tricky. My friend and colleague Siobhan's name (and the name of a character in "Succession") is pronounced Sha-vahn. Lovely, really. But tricky!
