Why should the little bit of dissolved hydrogen have an effect on plants?

its the oxygen and hydrogen and electrical charge that effects the plants.

​@@MadscienceLPTECH There already is oxygen dissolved in the water. Where is the charge supposed to come from? Hydrogen can effect plants but the effects are not just positive and the plants exclusively got hydrogen-rich water
