It's actually pretty easy to find vegetarian meals in El Salvador. Seek out sopas (soups), casamiento, steamed tamales with chipilin and/or beans, curtido, cut fruit on the street, boiled yucca with salsa, steamed plantains. There's more but that's just off the top of my head. Cheers.

I’ve been to Mexico and El Salvador more than a few times and the tacos are the best in El Salvador! The food in general is very tasty! Love the chicken or turkey on a bun! Best sandwich of ma life! Loved your reactions brown boy! 😊

The "atole" name of the beverage he had, is supposed to be drinked as you eat the sweet items on the plate. He couldn't find a purpose for the beverage, because is a way to tolerate the sweetness of everything on the plate.
