I've got two of these, one of them is the Black Label addition. Love them! never had a single problem. But like others have said, for the price, it should come with extra mags.

@@Catgat37 how you know there's a lot of opinions out there but for me personally I think it's a fantastic firearm if I had to say something negative about it it's a little pricey but as far as feeling good in my hand and how it shoots I have no complaints at all ammos expensive but that's not the guns fault

@@kingpin7673 I already had 380 ammo. Yes....relatively pricey....but I like 380. I got it used for about $600. Which isn't bad for me. Just getting in to 1911s and this one feels really good in the hand.

But the 238 is just a little too small for me. This is like the perfect niche size. Full, 4-finger grip yet this and sleek for concealing. Only 16ounces! This thing goes with me even in sweats or gym shorts.

I got myself a Browning two years ago. It is my EDC. I have about 1000 rounds through it and no feed issues. I put all brands of ammo through it. I also added a pair of Brazilian Kingwood grips I bought from High Figure grips. Gives mine a very classy look.

Daymon Jones good to hear your gun works as it should. I have the all black with a rail. I have shot about 150 rounds through it and had one jam where the spent cartridge was ejected and a live round came up and had basically a stove pipe jam but with a live round. Since I cleaned and lubed it. Hopefully it was a “brake-in” process issue

Hernandez Vlog hows your 1911 doing? I got mine a couple months ago had the same feeding issues I took it to the range last week and changed the ammo I was using and didn’t have one problem....not 100% positive if it was ammo or if something is still wrong...need to take it out again but hard to find .380 ammo

I have the model 39 I love that gun and would not consider it in the same class at all the 39 I think is far superior and 1911 are my favorite style I have 2 of them colt .45 and rock Island 10mm but that 39 is a blast

For the price it should have a steel guide rod and for get the polymer lower, it looks great but I think I will spend my money on the baby rock all metal works for me

The safety is beavertail, the sights are dove tailed. Dove tail is a cut type. Nice review. Browning says the triggers are aluminum but I agree they feel like plastic to me.

The beaver tail protects the web of your hand from slide bite. Sights are dove tailed. Animals are how we talk about pistols.

Had one and loved it but too much of it was plastic. I was fine with the frame but once I disassembled it and found the guide rod and guide rod cap to be plastic I couldn't take it seriously. I know the polymers used are high quality and probably wouldn't cause a problem but for that price I felt like those parts should have been atleast MIM parts. Otherwise it is a excellent firearm. Especially for a petite female that may have trouble racking and gripping a normal 1911 profile. That being said the fit and finish was what you expect from Browning.
