23:30 Yakuza is pretty much the only series that goes to the trouble of putting that much detail into the background while also portraying the real world. Plenty of JRPGs try to do the same with real world locations -such as Digimon Cyber Sleuth- but they just give you generic png's in background. You might recognize the location and major buildings, but the businesses inside don't line up or have an equivalent counterpart to be interacted with. Yakuza looks like Yakuza because it is the only one.
