The Cleveland Browns came up just short against the Baltimore Ravens in prime time in Week 15. On Sunday night, given a chance at redemption under the lights, Kevin Stefanski's squad came through. With the New York Giants down several key pieces thanks to both injuries and COVID-19 concerns, Baker Mayfield and Co. had little trouble cruising to their 10th win of the year -- and their first double-digit-victory campaign since 2007. With both Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins working the Giants' typically feisty secondary, Cleveland confirmed its place in the AFC North race with a 20-6 rout at MetLife Stadium.

@@jfoster8624 it lacks vision about what the real story is. 11 guys learning an Offense with no offseason, is a tough go. It takes a while for players to get comfortable. OBJ was here for the first part, when you bring him back, you will now be fitting one guy into a system, which is an easier task, but for you guys who think getting rid of a great player instead of figuring out how to use him, I want the other Teams in the League to hire you.

I think it may be. But, only for this season. OBJ is a stud, and if you watch any of CLE's games with OBJ they spent too much time forcing the ball. With a personality like OBJ, I think it's hard for a young QB to take control of the team. With the success they have now, and OBJ back in next year, I think Baker can handle the situation. Just watch how Baker looked from week to week last year. He looked ruined and, I think part of that was, conflicting personalities. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

Parkey is a problem. Missed a PAT and a 39-yd. field goal against the Ravens (arguably cost them the game), and missed a PAT yesterday against the Giants (granted, it was 15 yds. longer than normal due to a penalty). Against playoff caliber teams, those types of misses are going to cost the Browns their season.

Browns have an interesting dilemna if they beat the Jets next week. A) Root for Indy against Pitt in hopes for a chance at the AFC North title, but do not clinch a playoff berth B) Root for Pittsburgh and clinch a playoff berth.

Maybe it has something to do Baker learning this offense in zoom meatings and games and not obj being on the field or not. Kirk cousins had an entire offsrason, 4 preseason games and 4 games before he took off last year under stefanski

Or Maybe OBJ should know his routes, stop freelancing, and stop doing so many double moves that throw off the timing and anticipation. Mayfield always looked good throwing to Landry, Perriman, Fells, Higgins, Ricky-Seals-Jones, Hodge, Njoku, Peoples Jones, etc. OBJ is the only WR that can make him look below average.

Giants coach judge is a clown, he is a large part of why they are 5-9! At the start of the game the giants start with a nice drive down inside the 20. And instead of kicking a field goal on 4th down the coach goes for it for no reason and gets stopped! Driving down the field like that to come away with no points is demoralizing to the entire team! Judge has no clue how to coach a football team!

Exactly. It's not even close. With OBJ, Baker had 7 interceptions. Without him, 1 interception.

Baker throws the ball to odell, odell doesnt throw to baker mayfield! So the ball delivery is on baker-- how does having less talent equal a better team? Doesnt make since.

@@betterthanboost It's not anything Odell is doing wrong. Baker's style is that he needs to be able to roll out of the pocket and throw to whomever he finds open. He does not do well when dropping back into the pocket and waiting for Odell to complete his route and get open. The numbers don't lie. Baker's interception count sky rocketed after OBJ got to Cleveland, then went way down after OBJ was out due to injury. Again, that's on Baker, not OBJ, but the fact is they are just not a good fit.
