Have you ever considered wearing a paperboy-style bag to pick so you didn't have to walk back and forth to the basket? Awesome videos! I am the general manager of the Lamoni Iowa produce auction ,Its an Amish built and supported business,We are currently holding sales 3 days a week .I wish people would watch videos like this so they begin to understand the amount of work it takes especially small growers to raise the things people eat.Then maybe they would understand the input costs both labor wise and seed and fuel and fertilizers ect ect .Besides being the general manager I also own a produce stand where I sell everything I buy at auction.People complain sometimes about the costs of fresh locally grown food but have no clue what the costs are.Keep up the good work!

I like cauliflower a lot, it's so yummy. Growing food & then supplying it, it’s the most important work there is. Don’t sell yourselves short. Such a beautiful farm. Another great video. Y'all peppers are still looking good. Yeah if you just had red peppers people want green and if you have all green the want different colors. I guess it's just a southern thing but you cut off the best part of the turnips. The greens. But if there's no market for them why waste your time with them. My mother and father had a big garden...but my uncle across the road and my father had a huge truck patch.that was to sell.you name it we had it.i grew up having all kinds of fruit trees ,rhubarb,strawberry patch and so on. When it was time for picking the field corn ...after one field would be done...my father and us kids would walk the fields to pick up the fallen corn..for the cows This was something back then. Just look at that cauliflower.. beautiful
