Frieza was an excellent villain, but when you meet him, he's already at his prime point, he owns a good chunk of the galaxy with the planet trade organization, but Cell's story was him as a cute little larva, that eventually grew until he was the badass hellspawn that he is today.

The 5 reason why Cells My Favorite Villein in DBZ 1st hes Green 2nd the way he was introduced into the Story compered to Frieza and Buu was more cool I'm only saying this because at the start of the Frieza we see Frieza and know who he is no hate for Frieza hes a pretty close Second for me and I'm glad hes coming back in the new movie and when it comes two Buu we hear who he is but don't see him until hes out of the Shell the way Cell entered was more in the shadows because the Androids where the Main Threat when suddenly a Town goes missing and a Time Machine suddenly appears leaving a Mystery of what done this 3rd i like his forms Imperfect Cell : i like how hes sneaky and Conning and knows hes weak in this form and trys to get more power by adsorbing people Semi Perfect Cell : my least Favorite i used to hate this form but hes funny in it Perfect Cell : He looks so Cool in that form 4th the fact hes a Fused clone of the Z Fighters and Freiza as well as Freizas Pupa sorry couldent help it its like there fighting a Combined Version of them and a past Villen 5th hes a Troll i like Troll Badguys because there funny that's why i like Hades from Kid Icarus Uprising i mien yeah Frieza and Buu where trolls two but Frieza to me was more like a Curl Troll when he torches someone he makes a Joke of it and Buu only Trolls when he assorbes Piccolo,Gotenks and Gohan Cell was more like a "ahhhhhhh you maned me oh wait i can regrow my arm never mind " that's was fucking funny when he did that To Vegeta after the final Flash note i don't hate people who like Frieza and even Buu i just want to point out why i like Cell better but if you like them better than Cell that's fine
