The Generation Game was part of my youth and in my opinion its the best family entertainment show ever and with Bruce. I do wish they would bring it back or show old shows on one of the channels

Love it! Brings me wayyy back to Saturday evenings.... Mum & Dad getting ready to go out whilst me and my cousin sitting in front of the tv watching this... Such a good line-up - Noel's House Party, Challenge Anneka, Big Break..... I sooo miss the 90's!

Used to love Brucie in the Generation Game and loved Saturday Night TV : Blind Date with Cilla Black, Noel Edmond's House Party, Beadles About, Challenge Annika, Jim'll Fix It, Big Break with Jim Davidson. Ahhh nostalgia. They don't make TV like that anymore

@sevenforcex nope this particular series was shown on friday evenings at 8pm on bbc one. future series may have been shown on saturdays but this one was fridays. a little clue is when brucie introduces rosemary as his girl friday.
