I have the collectors edition which is amazing also.There is no mention in my book of Longstreet which is disappointing, I contacted Genesis and was told they had no room left, a true treasure anyways. I have the "Limited" edition copy. I do agree there are many positives about the book and packaging, but I absolutely do not agree with the decision to leave the photos "as is." For one reason, the way the photos look now, is not what they looked like 50 years ago. Photos age. Photos fade. So they authentically look like they do now..not then. That said, had the paper been better, the photos would have reproduced better as well. The paper of the book is awful. There is no getting around that. The book was delayed more than a year, and the excuse given was "they were concerned about the "quality"..so they had to reprint/remake accessories. They should have improved the paper quality during this delay, if indeed, they were so concerned about "quality." I own other Genesis Publication books, and their paper quality is much higher than this one. Unfortunately, I will never order another from them. Between the delay and the finished product, at the prices they charge, I will not "roll the dice" again. This is simply my opinion. Thank you for the in-depth look at your edition.

@@GINKBB agreed they should have insisted on going all out on this masterpiece and including paper, quality and photos. Not sure if it had something to do with the Bruce Lee estate and Shannon Lee, but it could have. As you mentioned normal Genesis books are even of higher quality. Don’t know why they decided to skimp a little on this one.But glad you enjoyed the review and the episode. Thanks for commenting. Amazing photos and notes that no one has ever seen. 350 copies only is indeed outstanding piece of history to own. How incredible the amount of work he put in , in such a short period of time. would rather have a book by Dan Inosanto , signed and full of rare images and stories ...... that would be something really special . As for these Shannon Lee endorsed cash grabs with rehashed photos and same old info and stories . Who wants two cloth patches and a Tony Hawks preface and signature , nice as it looks , you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig ! No shade Charles , love what you do but I will not support the Lee Estate in any way ...... in it for one thing only !
