I mean, for his size, Bruce probably did have good power, just going by interviews and fighters who actually competed talking about him, and the little footage they have of him training. Obviously he isn't gonna outpower Ngannou, but he probably hit pretty hard for his size. But I'm pretty sure Ngannou would take his full power punches like he took Ryan Garcia's. Ryan is about the same size and weight, and is also known for his speed, so I'd say thats a pretty good comparison for punch power, and Ngannou just laughed it off.
