This is fantastic but I have one question, are you basing this on the fighting knowledge Bruce had at the time of his death, in 1973, or are you allowing for the passage of time, where he most likely would have learned more? Just curious, but excellent how you did this bro!

Technically, the players are right. The movements are right, even if sometimes Lee seems slower as he was. Tactically, this fight is too bad and unreal to be taken seriously, excepting a few moments of boxing. Lee would never hit in to the air more than jabbing or closing stance to follow a combo. He preferred to box than to kick to be effective, closing range to lock the opponent arms or breaking hands or knees. Bruce would be a lot much fast and his combos would eventually finish when Tony goes down on to the floor, as his JeetKuneDo stats. And then, Bruce would even continue to kick Tony in the face or apply some arm-lock-bar key to surrender Tony.. Anyway, Tony would never give up. It's just that Bruce would control his opponents' arms and entering the Thai defense in a Wing-Chun/fencing manner, hitting as a lightning bolt, moving around all Tony's defense and counter attacks as a phantom. Tony's Muay-Thai is better at defense and counterring, but Bruce knows too much about those subjects. The more the time goes on, the advantage would increase Lee tactics to dominate the match as he did in real fights. Well, I think the real fight Lee vs Jaa would be much shorter and intense than seen in this video. It would be full of jabs and boxing from Bruce at the beginning in the 1st and 2nd Round, combos of both at the 3rd round, and some arm lock key against Tony to surrender him to the end, about the 4th or maybe a 5th Round..Jaa would be eventually exhausted to hold on.

Its spelled jeet kune do and his style is irrelivant, he was also a boxer, he also did wing chun, gung fu and tai chi, before he invented jeet kun do, this has nothing to do with the fact that this is as close as how bruce used to fight as we are going to get.

I was thinking the same thing! Bruce was never this slow. He was quick at punches and kicks that Jaa would never see them coming. Bruce timing in real life was awesome.

You have to do another fight this could have gone to either fighter. I feel that Bruce Lee is much faster yet Tony Jaa has him in leg strength. I think Tony Jaa has the technique to knock Bruce out but as this fight showed it won't be easy. Hesse being that Bruce is no longer with us we will never know. Bruce had stupid strength, his heavy bag was over 300lbs before he died, and this was mostly kicked, conditioning maybe but jaa definitely does not have greater strength than bruce, if he was to prepare in a fight against a practitioner of muay boran, he would anticipate that type of thing, he used to fill his bags with steel and took into account the strength of kicks using the shin appose to the foot before muay thai was widely used, so he would was as they say ahead off his game at the time.

This I would have loved to see in real life. They're about the same size, build, and talent. My two favorite martial artists and hands down. They have both been in competition, so they are both fighters, the only thing that makes bruce more off a fighter is the fact that he used to street fight, but this was before his training in wing chun, so no actually, they are both fighter and both martial artists....

Thai's media was usually state a celebs name with their nickname first then follow with the first name (and then surname, for sometime) so you will see Thai media call him "Jaa Panom" in their news or articles. P.S. Anyway "Panom" wasn't his real name at first. His old real life name was "Worawit Yeerum" and use a name "Panom Yeerum" or "Jaa Panom" as a name in his career then turn it into his real name. But after he was broke up with his studio he change his name to "Tatchakorn Yeerum" for his fortunate reason and prefer the media to use his Hollywood name "Tony Jaa" in their news or articles but Thai media still use a name "Jaa Panom" along with a name "Tony Jaa" because Thai people still use to with his old business name.

Ok here's the thing: Bruce Lee was incredibly fast and had exceptional endurance. These along with his style and training made him nearly impossible to beat. This game had nothing on him. Also I'm over halfway done with the video and still have no actual clue whom you are playing as. Perhaps I missed something at the beginning, and context clues support that you are playing as Jaa, although between rounds the camera focuses on Lee.
