Bruce Springsteen, 3 hours into a historic concert in Asbury Park NJ 10:30 pm at "Sea Hear Now" Sept-15th 2024 Bruce asks Little Steven if he wants to go home. Steve responds "Nah" I dont want to go home! Bruce then suggests to the 50,000 + fans on the beach & boardwalk that have been standing all day that they look tired & asks the fans if they think they can outlast "The E Street Band". The place goes wild, saying no, no, we're not tired & Bruce responds with, No F--king Way!" You can't outlast "The E Street Band! We've been doing this for 50 F--king years & we're not done yet! Bruce wraps up the encore with The Bettles "Twist & Shout" into the final song of the show "Jersey Girl." On a personal note: For anyone suggesting that Bruce should hang it up at 75 years old. I never thought, one day my finish line is going to be the biggest concert on the beach -> Bruce Springsteen, with very inspiring, beautiful song, born to run. Bruce Springsteen concert was my 20,000 mile marker finish line, (my running, climbing, cycling) which I tracked with app MapMyRun. My Starting line started January 23, 2018, on the Hollywood hills, California, my feet touched all 50 US States, including top of Mount Whitney. Thanks Bruce S. for such an amazing celebration, you are the best 🥇🏆🎤💖🎶🎙️🎼. At my finish line, hearing you singing song born to run, was my biggest trophy, thanks 🫡.
