Some doubts that I have: Where is the door to the bathroom? Isn't there access to the bat-cave from inside the house? (Cause apparently the house is "floating" and don't touch the ground) What is supposed to be in that central block other than the bathroom? And is there something in that other small block in the garage area?

Does Bruce have to go to the end of the lake to enter the batcave, or is there a secret path from the glasshouse to the cave

Technically both. The current main entrance is from the Glasshouse to the cave via elevator. Another two is located at the north or westside of the lake. One's for manual entrance or the emergency exit and the other's for vehicles like the Batmobile as you can see in BVS. The old main entrance leads to the now abandoned Wayne Manor.
