If only the current generation knew how cool Bruce was back then. This is the Bruce I will always remember. Besides he had hair.

The way she laughs at him when he is singing 'She loos good, she looks fine!' - it looks very genuine and spontaneous. I think under the angst between them there was a reason for the on screen chemistry.
@Loveyalise855 ай бұрын
They both have come out and said as much. In Curtis Armstrongs book, he mentions how Bruce told him about an affair with a costar...but Cybill had been his only costar at the time, as Moonlighting was his first show in which he was a costar. And Cybill has me tinned many times as well about thier attraction to each other. Their unrequited love caused stress and tension on the show.

I loved Moonlighting, and had a huge crush on Bruce Willis! Such a great show! They wrote the Addison character as the fun bad boy who was fearless and tender-hearted. And Maddie was the perfect foil. Favorite show was Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew...and the last line..."we hate iambic pentameter!" 😂 😂
@mcshanefamily16962 жыл бұрын
Love Bruce Willis! Comedic timing and musical talent. Plus, as we see in later works, great dramatic chops. Sixth Sense, 16 Blocks, 12 Monkeys, and not just the films with numbers in the title. Of all his performances, though, I do love him as David Addison the best.

I am sorry that happened, Bob. The laws are not strict enough about impaired driving. But something like this could probably reach a place most things can't. I hope you are feeling a little better these days. Condolences on your loss.

@@carenlissner454 Thanks for your condolences. It's now been 4 years since she was killed. As they say "Time heals all wounds." So, I am doing better, but I will never forget what happened. So, in that respect I will never be fully recovered. The woman who killed her has been out of prison for a year now, having served two-thirds of her 48 month prison sentence, which was the maximum sentence for the charge she was found guilty of. She's out of prison and getting on with her life, but my fiancee is still dead! Where's the justice for her? :(

“Tighten Up” is always what I remember. That and the fact he didn’t really know the lyrics to “Something’s Coming”. He was such a joy to watch. Funny, irreverent and didn’t care what anybody thought. Then he’d be serious, let his deep feelings show and break your heart. I’m glad I’ve got the DVDs too.

@@chiefbells512 Yes we all know this but the chemistry was still amazing on screen. Somehow they fooled people into believing they could really be in love. That's rare because most times you can tell when two people can hate each other onscreen.

Kkkkk I 💖 BRUCE WILLIS😍😘
