Jealousy envy and limited ability prevented Wilder from being a bigger star in boxing. He had a chance of being undisputed before Uysk and Fury fought for it. I used to feel like he was bullshitting when he said things that made no sense. Made me not like him. One day I saw him asked in an interview why he turned down the 100mill dazn deal. I could see the confusion on his face as he tried to think of an answer. Failed. And deferred to Finkel to answer the question. Since then I have just felt sympathy for him. Exploited. If you can be advised out of taking 100mill and you can't even point to one reason why? You're not capable of entering into any kind of contract. Haymon uses 'advisor' status to avoid the Ali Actt. But that has him vulnerable to lawsuit in this case. A good faith advisor would have a hard time justifying the recommendation. Even without the obvious conflict of interest

You hit th nail on the head. Because in all honesty Al did all that to ensure that he would keep Fox happy but not benefit the fighter. Of course Wilder's next few fights he was paid more but earned less than 50m. Its a sad reminder of Mike Tyson and Don King. Al Hamon also exploited Ortiz by having him turn down 5 million and he didnt even know until someone asked him.. In the end of all that fiasco, eddie still gave him a life line in the saudi fights, Nd unfortunately this time he had to prove himself to earn that fight and lost to 2 opponents AJ has already beaten exposing the reality we all knew, he was never good enough. But Al Hamon really exploited Wilder. Think about Adrien broner, Charlo brothers also offered millions to fight by eddie and they still turned it down. Look at all of them now... Tank Davis will be next.

Wilder's management has to be the badest on the planet, his name is now etched in history as the WBC champion for roughly 5 years so in the future when the record is looked at some people may be fooled (like his current fans) into believing he's a great like Ali etc', I'm kind of happy for him that he's made some coin but I didn't like the body on his record comments, I'm also glad he's finally lost his 0 because I think he actually believed he was the Badest man on the planet and now must realize he's far from that and finally I think he should retire before he gets hurt.

Joshua lost his 1st fight to Andy Ruiz (and then won the rematch )and shortly after Wilder lost his rematch to Tyson Fury. Neither fighter lost two in a row until Wilder fought Fury his next fight(which happened a very long time after the renatch.) So, the roles didnt go like you say. . How they really went ,is that Wilder became obsessed with Tyson Fury, who he didnt really know how to handle because of his size, but also because Fury hired a more experienced coach and Wilder, who never really listened to Mark Breland anyway, eventually fired him. Wilder thought he could do everything on his own when he he knew too little. Thats how he self destructed.

@@FX-MORPHEUS got it. I watched all the fights. I musta missed that. Thank you for giving me a bigger piece of the puzzle. I have never seen a fighter go down this quickly. The jab would answer a lot of his behavior, coordination, and power……

You know Joshua ducked Wilder for a long time. Before those Fury fights he would've slept AJ now not so much.

Wilder literally admitted he turn down 100mil from AJ fans like you are just dumb and will say anything to defend your favorite fighter

Not in a million years. Why would AJ duck Wilder? Al Haymon told Wilder not to take the deal for THEIR interest not Deontays, they failed him

DAZN offered Wilder 100 million to fight Joshua twice. Wilder turned it down because PBC told him to do so. End of Story.
