Absolutely beautiful song. Bruce has still got it all these years later. There is one live recording thankfully! I think he played it on SNL a few years back. He also closed out the rerun on Broadway with this one, amazing.

I just saw Bruce in concert in Paris last night May 15, and after almost three hours of show he finished alone with this song all moved especially as the translation was posted live. I play bcp title of the boss but I did not have this one in my repertoire. So thank you for your tutorial (as well as all the others by the way).

Saw him in Birmingham, and he played this to end, such beautiful end to a show. Would love to see an updated lesson based on this, it looked so simple and slowed down. Likewise with Last Man Standing.

Thanks for the lesson! Love this song. It’s on my list to learn. He did play this ‘live’ twice that I know of. ‘Stand up for Heroes’ in his barn and at the Sept 11, 2021 memorial. Just him and his guitar in one and with Patti in the other. Both you can find on YT. 🤘🙏
