Bruce glad you're taking time to make time for your son that is one of the most important things.. I live over right on the Tennessee Kentucky line and I was wondering Bruce if you ever find any old c b.s radios in those trucks that you buy and if you would like to make a deal and sell a bunch of them I'm interested in about any kind of old radio. especially the really old ones and some of them still have tubes know and I'm interested in the the amplifiers that go with them. I would willing to take them out if you don't have the time to fool with them but I would appreciate you thinking about it and throwing me answer back yes or no and maybe we can work something out . like I say I live right here in Wayne county and probably less than 5 mi from where you live the way the crow flies I'm glad you came to Kentucky and Tennessee I'm so glad you're making a go of this business we definitely need new blood in this part of the country. I'm sorry to say that a lot of it got destroyed in the opium wars which I called in the war because I believe that the powers that be is pushing all of that stuff that they can trying to kill as many others as they can. I'm going off on a little tender in here but if you read the great reset they said plainly that at least 20 million needed to die and they don't care how they die where there's buy drugs or starvation or childhood disease they just want them gone anyway that's my paranoid rip for the day so glad you got to hear it instead of my wife she's tired of them haha let me know about the radios may God bless you and have a good week

Hey Bruce! I’ve been watching your channel from the very beginning when you had your diesel shop back in Florida and I just wanted to say that your have grown so much and I’ve really enjoy and always loved watching the channel. Thankyou for all the amazing videos you have put out and I will always continue to watch and support you

Glad to hear that You're keeping the black SCANIA as is -and not stretching it or any kind of other funny biz. Here's an idea: You should ask Ville if he would bring his chief mechanic Esa along for a visit. Now that You are getting a new mechanic at Your shop. Esa and Ville together are definetly the two guys to learn from -when it comes to SCANIA trucks. You will need to step up Your game soon when it comes -to accually keeping Your SCANIAs running. The SCANIA content is what's special to view. And that is what You should be focusing more on. Looking forward to Your project in putting a SCANIA V8 engine in a US truck. (You know that You need to custom widen the front chassis -to fit that engine between the rails right...?) All US Truck knowledge is an easy access overthere. And by the looks of things: Unfortunetly You sure seem have Your hands full with that right now...

My advice, just finish the current project first before buy anymore salvageable new project to start with. Same applicable system everytime in every project. Either a vehicle project or any office project. A universal system that applies to anything.

Yeah, I’ve been dying to wait on progress on the white and black Scanias, and yet he’s keeps finding new stuff to film like the “will it start” things or other salvage projects that I have little interest in. I’m here for the USA Scania content and nothing else, if I want to watch people discovering old stuff and “will it start” stuff I have other channels for that kinda content. Bruce seriously needs to focus on the Scania content that very few people do in the US TLDR: MORE SCANIA CONTENT, DANGIT

I'd say that you need better structure regarding the videos and projects. A playlist for every project and clearer video titles. Today it's hard to follow the projects and know what each video contains. A video may have "scania" in the title and thumbnail but be about 80% other stuff. It's not wrong video wise to have multiple projects ongoing, but it has to be clearer for the viewers what's going on. And they need to be finished. Everyone want to see the finished project. And it's probably easier for you too having more focus and less ongoing projects everywhere in the shop, and mind. It'll be great! 👍

Glad the black Scania is mostly staying how it is apart from the repairs it needs here or there as well as the manualisation of the gearbox. Them Scanias are fkn good trucks, buses and coaches as they can handle Australian conditions no probs. If they can do that, then there's no probs with the US!

Hey, Bruce. I don't know if anyone already suggested it, but if you're putting a Scania engine in a Peterbilt, why not install the air suspension and controls from Scania as well. I'm no expert on American trucks (I'm Norwegian), but from what I understand the function for raising and lowering the rear axle as you can do on the Scania is not common in the US. It would be cool to see a Peterbilt with a Scania rear axle setup.

Hey Bruce I been following you now for probably I don’t know maybe two years or so and I really like the way you’ve changed your content and the the direction you’ve taken . I think it’s very smart move of you to really consider the depth of the businesses if you have the opportunity to work in up there especially as prominent as the Fitzgerald name seems to be up there in Tennessee. My gosh do they own half of Tennessee and seems like they have a businesses after businesses after businesses . Will continue to follow you and wish you well in all your future endeavors

I call, part out the White Truck. There really is no reason to have two scanias running at the same time. Use the white one to make the black one Perfect (manual tranny, maybe even a tandem drive?). Use griffs powerplant and transmission for said peterbilt swap, that would be really sick! In the end its your call tho man! Do what you think is best for yourself and your business! Cheers from Germany

Defo keep the black Scania how it is and just finish doing it up with the new turbo and what not. You should rebuild the white Scania, it wasn't it that bad condition. If you get the parts sent over from Ylivoimala then one of your new mechanics could have that back together in a matter of days. Then since the frame of that truck has already been hacked up you could use the white truck as a base to stretch the frame and do a US style euro build you mentioned a while ago. Part out the red truck to feed the other two and rebuild it's drivetrain to put in an old Pete would be another really cool build
@norfolksouthernes44acgevo404 күн бұрын

@Joep7362 күн бұрын
Bruce, the gearboxes in the scanias are a manual box with auto change, you should just be able to unbolt the change over units on top of the gearbox, obviously the pedal and pipes aswell but any half decent mechanic should be able to do it pretty easy

Happy to hear you'll keep the black Scania as is. Maybe you could call it 'Black Betty' as in the song by Ram Jam. Put the white Scania back together enough to keep as a roller and only part out Griff. My suggestion is to focus on the Scania stuff for KZbin and rest if your effort on the salvage business. "The American Scania/Euro truck guy" is what differentiates you from the masses.

Them chassis were not a good buy in my opinion, shame you're stuck with em bud. I've said it before, but I think you need to plan and focus your content a bit more. AI (actually current tech is machine learning) has a tendency to hallucinate. While its interesting and useful.... Companies better be very careful deploying it into roles where dollars are at stake and its not being overseen by a human full time. Though I use this stuff to help write code I still have to do quite a bit of correcting to arrive at anything that's both fully functional and sufficiently decent quality for production use.
