Bruder conveyor modifications part 2

This conveyor needed a few parts. So I took the liberty of making a few change's. Some metal parts and its a new machine. I created this video with the KZbin Video Editor ( / editor )

Very nicely done! I've been looking at idea to use for conveyors around my RC Playground. I LOVE this idea so much, I'm stealing it to use in my playland!

Anthony Kalnoski please do!!!! But note for best performance and results. Remanufacture the rollers to metal aluminum or brass. And use a 280 to 360 sized right angle gear motor instead of the servo.

Nice! I like the side rails and the chains are a nice little detail. What about a slide gate on the hopper to adjust feed/flow rate? I might need to find one of these and do the same mods. Good job! Jim

How did you add the motors? I am trying to find a way to disassemble it but I did not figure out. The "snapping clips" seem to fragile. thanks

Im building one atm .. but with motor belt seems to stick etc.. any ideas?

Sure tighten the belt. At the top of the conveyor you will see holes marked but no hole. Drill it out and move the roller up to the new holes made.

caprice3230 gmail this is far to easy to make yourself than me building and shipping cost. It’s a Bruder conveyor from eBay or Amazon, and continuous rotation servo. Most of which you may already own. But if you would like a expert built conveyor there is a guy near you, check out smallhaul he is on KZbin. I think his conveyor is what your looking for. Look for his conveyor videos
