Xilonen's rap is in English in all languages. Makes me wonder who voiced her in the rap parts, but if it's her en va, that makes it even better than giving her a separate singing va like they did with both Yunjin, Furina and Robin. But it's still likely it's a separate va.

To be fair, that Hu Tao rap probably meant to be only in Chinese but had to adapt it for other languages. Thankfully, Hoyo learnt their mistake and made a song that works in all 4 languages for the Itto and Paimon duet. And Xilonen's rap is only in English.

There's a very good criteria to differentiate good music from bad music. If you can seamlessly (a little stretching or contraction is allowed) layer Harlem Shake with your music, then your music is bad and belongs in a trash. As such, even Hu Tao did it better. At least, she did not attempt to break off the funk rhythm and, the horror! - do a chorus.
