Yes, it does. by a LOT. You can see the detailed stats if you read the units stats. By pressing the button you usually immediately get the max amount of armor reduction that Gunslinger offers

For Gunslinger, you can replace it with trapper and for 😄 Zeus you can replace it with any good hero you have
