Here is the well-known Mama Nagita #BruleeBomb.‎
Note that, this one is the Copycat version.
But despite it’s a Copycat, the meat used in this recipe is the real ‎one.‎
This Brulee Bomb looks closely similar to the Bitterballen,
but with a lot of cheese and no veggies.‎

Ingredients‎
‎
The Main Ingredient‎
‎
120 grams or about 8 tablespoons of Cake flour.
‎* 100 grams chicken or beef fillet.
‎* 70 grams or about 2 chicken or beef sausages.
‎* 1 large onion, finely chopped.
‎* 3 cloves of Garlic.
‎* 50 grams or about 2 tbsp butter or margarine.
‎* 300 ml of UHT liquid milk.
‎* 75 grams grated cheddar cheese.
‎* ¼ to ½ tsp Salt, according to taste.
‎* ½ teaspoon ground pepper.
‎* ½ teaspoon Ngo Hiong powder,
‎^^ replaceable with nutmeg powder, optional.
‎* 1 tsp Oregano.‎

Ingredients for The Filling‎
‎
65 to 130 grams of quick melt or mozzarella cheese, it’s also ‎fine to use Spread cheese, weighing 5 grams per filling, ‎according to taste. The total weight is about 155 grams.‎

Ingredients for The Sprinkle
‎
Sufficient flour, about 3 tbsp.‎
‎
Ingredients for The Dipping Batter
‎
75 grams or about 5 full tablespoons of wheat flour.
‎* 1 egg white.
‎* 120 ml to 140 ml water, as needed.
‎* ¼ tsp salt + ¼ tsp powdered broth, suit your taste.
‎* ¼ tsp ground pepper.‎
‎
Ingredients for The Coating
‎
Sufficient Breadcrumb or Bread flour around 150 to 200 ‎grams, depending on the desired thickness.‎

2 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped.
‎* 250 ml Full Cream Milk (liquid).
‎* 80 grams of Cheddar Cheese, finely grated.
‎* 1 Egg Yolk.
‎* 2 tbsp Maizena + 100 ml Water.
‎* 1 to 2 tbsp Cheese flavored seasoning, suit your taste.
‎* ½ teaspoon salt, suit your taste.
‎* 1 tablespoon butter or margarine or can be replaced with 3 ‎tbsp cooking oil.‎
