Glad that the locals are overwhelm sharing the right tips for places for u guys to visit.Visit the regalia museum in Bandar town too where u can learn abit if history of Brunei and the royal family. As a local, i myself impressed with the upgrading section on some parts of the museum. U ll not get bored going around but take note that some rooms are not allowed for any pictures/videos. Next, probably go hop onto the water taxi for a short cruise across Kg ayer right across the bandar jetty, u can also visit straightaway after that one museum "museum kg ayer". Just a small museum for some experience for how locals lives here in Brunei. Next, probably have dinner at Soto Pabo a restaurant builts on stilts with river beneath it. where u can have a great dinner with a view of the newly built bridge here last year It is the second-longest single-pylon cable-stayed bridge in the world and scenic view of kg ayer, the price are affordable too.Maybe u can ask the water taxi driver to drop u off there as well or U can walk as well around 15 to 10mins from Bandar town. Just a few tips for a short trips on what to do around bandar.

The stall where you bought the Samboi drink is my go-to drinks stall! I would normally go for their Teh Tarik, Teh C Special or their Mojito (of cos non alcoholic 😂) Like Ambuyat, I think Samboi is an acquired taste, they’re definitely not for everyone haha, even I dont like Samboi 😂 in Brunei we eat the actual Samboi like snacks and we even have Samboi ice cream, never tried them though but lots of Bruneians love them
