I'm a Sporting CP supporter so I'm very comfortable to talk about Bruno. You already talk about his strengths so I will refer some of his weaknesses. Sometimes he tries to do everything too fast and loses a lot of balls but maybe it happens because he feels that he is the guy that needs to solve the problems of the team. In Manchester, he will meet a team with a lot of stars so probably he won't feel it. Another thing that he needs to correct is his reactions with the opponents/referees and he doesn't react in a bad way because he is the captain. Bruno already did it when he wasn't captain yet. Although Bruno Fernandes is the best player I've ever seen playing for Sporting. His intelligence inside the pitch is unbelievable.

I've only watched him a few times but he has always stood out as one of the best players on the pitch. He seems more than ready to step up to the English or Spanish leagues and be a big success. Great skill, intelligence and work rate. I think he would walk into every Premiership team except Liverpool and Man City and while I would love to see him at Liverpool (I think he would be an improvement for Keita and Ox, sorry lads) I wouldn't dream of telling Klopp who to buy. I think he would be a great buy for Man Utd (or Arsenal) where he will be a massive improvement on Lingard and Perreira (or Ozil and Ceballos) but so would Grealish, Maddison and many more.

@@davidmcarthur8843 His profile would fit perfectly on Liverpool team because he is a high work rate player like you said but I think the reds don't need more players for the midfield. Thinking about the other top english teams (City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and United), I think he would fit better in United because of the options for his position and the model of Solskjaer is great for him since he promotes a football with a lot of quick counter attacks through the speed of his forwards and wingers (Rashford, Martial or Greenwood) and Bruno is really dangerous with space. Not because he is a super fast player but because his passing skills and vision are great. Before he touches the ball, he already drew the play in his mind. He thinks really fast. Another note, he is already a unquestionable name in the national team where he forms a dangerous quartet with Ronaldo, Bernardo Silva and João Félix.

As a football fan I'd like to see him make the move but as a Liverpool fan I'm hoping he goes somewhere else so Liverpool can hopefully continue to win trophies while their old rivals watch with envy.

@@davidmcarthur8843 besides what everyone already said, it's worth to mention that he as scored the most goals from a midfielder, in a single season, surpassing Lampard (happened last season, this season he is already the top scorer), making it something like almost 70 goals in 2 and a half years so far. AS A MIDFIELDER. And this guy plays in a team of weak players that fight for nothing. He will easily be one of MU's best players if he adapts well

I watch every Sporting game and i'd say he is the most deadly midfielder i know, most complete midfielder i know, he assists, he scores, he doesnt miss penalties, scores from freekicks, deadly on the counter and on one vs one. We currently need 3 new addition in the squad, 1. RT WINGER as Dan james is a good sub but lacks link up play against team which sits deep hence should not be in playing 11 2. Desperate need of an ATTACKING MIDFIELDER and sell lingaard 3. A good STRIKER who can easily give 20 goals per season and if not helps in gameplay like Rooney United is , that doesn't mean we sell martial. I don't see him becoming a world class player but if city has someone like Jesus sitting on the bench as 2nd option we need martial. United is dependent on counter attacks to score and Bruno fernandes is be great in gameplay but lacks pace.... A player like Hakim ziyech has great vision can play as left winger and attacking midfielder and also has pace .....the great thing is we. Could easily sign him in less tha 65m euro way less than Bruno fernandes ...please like if you want ziyech to come instead of Bruno fernandes.

Very good analysis and even though the PL is a harder league than Portugal - his skills are going to be the same. He'll be under more pressure and will be exposed to more physicality - if he can handle getting knocked on his arse a few times - he'll be fine. My biggest fear is Fackless Ed facking up this deal.
