Awesome work dude! I used your video to learn the song for an upcoming gig. I have one correction though: at the Outro vamp, the first Chord is A major 7 and the second Chord is F# 9/G#. You are playing the right chords but the diagram display is incorrect. Love your channel! Thanks for everything!!!

First of all ... fantastic tutorial! This really sounds fantastic! Second ... thank you for showing how well a Jazzmaster can do RnB and funk. I think the Jazzmaster is a criminally underrated guitar that is almost always associated with surf and indie rock. I think it is perfect for getting those smooth RnB tones and it can do skank rhythm really well too!

What you show is a little misleading because your chord diagrams have the bass notes included but you are only playing the bottom 3 strings. Technically in the verse its: F/C (2nd inversion F chord). Listen to the bass. He's playing a F. The 2nd chord is a G7/F - a 3rd inversion G7 chord. Again, listen to the bass. The last 2 chords are correct (Em7 - Am) but can be played the same as the first 2 if you only play just the bottom 3 strings. F/C with no root = CEA (or Am 1st inversion) and G7/F = DGB (or Em7 with no root 1st inversion). So you can just play F/C - G7/F - Em7(same chord as G7/F) - Am (same as F/C). It's really simple when you break it down to chord shapes - even without my boring music-nerd talk;)

Such a talented guitar player, it's a shame that you don't put nearly as much effort in as the guitar tabs. For example, in 0:11 (Am9 chord), your pinky is a half-step up which doesn't reflect the guitar tab shown.

@@ravindrabanchhod1579 I do play the guitar. So a tip from a fellow guitarist. Don't rely on taps man, often they are inacurate. Use your eyes and ears. Just like at 0:11, you can easily see and hear what he plays, so it doesn't matter if the tab is wrong. And besides, be happy for the fact that he already put the efort in to make this tutorial.
