He's doing a good job as a CB in Amorim's 3-4-3 system. Intercept early and play those vertical balls. Also helps the midfield pivot which is the weakest part of Amorim's system. Rather than moving him into midfield we should be getting another CB that has a bit of pace and can intercept early balls (Refer to the goal scored by Licha against Liverpool)

We had a good performance tonight, even if the first half was below par, in the second half we entered with a different rhythm and we wanted to win. We did well tonight and we hope to bring this energy to the next league matches against Fulham and next Thursday in the Europa League against Stetua Bucharest. Altay was very good tonight, except for the goal which was not his fault, he had a good performance. The defense performed well, Yoro has to improve a lot, but he is still young and needs to be protected and defended, de Ligt did well, Licha Martinez was on fire, and then that assist at the end for Bruno's goal was amazing, Harry did well in the second half when he came on for de Ligt, except for that defensive blunder he made at the end for Dessers' temporary equalizer, he had a solid performance overall, Malacia was so-so, he needs to improve, but it must be said that he is very good at sliding and defensive closures, so good, Dalot was better than in his other previous performances, he is improving little by little, even if I would like to see him as confident as last year. In the midfield, Collyer did well in the first half, who despite being young and who hasn't played much in the first team yet, is doing well in these first appearances, he's fast and has legs, he runs and passes the ball well, keep it up, boy. Then Bruno who gave a performance like one of his that we are used to seeing, like a true Bruno and a true captain, and then that goal at the end of the first is so perfect. I liked Eriksen last night, even if he doesn't run like he used to, he's still a great passer and handles the ball very well. Ugarte and Mainoo who came on in the second half in the final minutes of the match, conducted the rest of the match well in the midfield, even if Ugarte perhaps had a bit of difficulty when he came on at the end, but I'm happy that they both rested for Sunday when they will be starters and fresher. In attack, Amad perhaps also because he always plays, struggled more today than in previous performances, but with him on the pitch, I always feel safe, then Garnacho for me was the MOTM of the match, he did well and played very well from the beginning to the end, I liked him, always constant, fast, dynamic and unpredictable like he is. Last night he only missed the goal, but that doesn't take away the fact that he played very well. Let's hope he doesn't leave, he's very important for us. Zikzee and Rasmus must improve, Joshua did well, perhaps a little below par today, but his ball control is exceptional, while Rasmus came on at the last minute and didn't have many opportunities to shoot on goal. Certainly, don't want to take the shine off the win but....of those teams that we have faced in Europe...where would they finish in the Premier League? That's my point for everyone - the opposition is'nt the best - but win is a win - stand outs tonight - Bayindir - he surely will remain in goal now...he has to be our number 1 until the end of the season - defence was fine - Eriksen and in particular Collyer looked good and as you pointed out Adam - surprised he played given that he is subject to a possible move to Chelsea - Garnacho at 20 years of age - remained professional, played well and thankfully no injuries - Marcus Rashford - take note, that's how to respond not sulk and throw a tantrum and be the big I am - proud of the lads - Fulham awaits - but I fear reality will bite us again - it's going to a bumpy ride

I wouldn't be remotely surprised if Onana's back between the sticks against Fulham........Amorim's a weird one, can't figure him out. We had a fairly solid performance from the defence with Collyer sitting in front......then, for no apparent reason, he decides to bring on Maguire at half time, and shortly after he takes off Yoro, Collyer and Eriksen when they were doing okay?!? The last 15 minutes of that game turned into a crapshoot, and Rangers started getting more and more confident, until the inevitable happened...........Amorim needs to understand - it it ain't broke, don't fix it!

That was a slow lethargic performance once again. Where was the speed in our game? These players are so one dimensional and have absolutely no spark. Collyer had a good game and also I enjoyed Garnacho performance. It's a pity the club are contemplating selling the kid. Not impressed at all tonight. The club is in a terrible mess and I fear for our future.

Collyer had a good game, sure.........can't say the same about Garnacho. He's got no end product.......poor shooting, not enough skill or desire to go past defenders and never seems to find that killer pass. If they sold him tomorrow I honestly wouldn't miss him........he's just another lightweight like Rashford - a head down selfish player that doesn't know where the goal is!
