I'll need to take just a few shortcuts, eliminating steps 1 through 63, and I will simply buy a lemon, freeze it, and stick a green pipe cleaner in it for the stem, serving it up on a fancy paper plate. Guests will love it, I hope! Happy Easter, Bruno, and merci for the recipe!! Another truly impressive demonstration of your talent, seriously...love the "soyons fou..." I too have never tasted finger limes, but I think pomelo will be a better substitute, it peels very easily compared to most other citrus fruits and you can much more easily separate the little... what are they called?
