Hey! Welcome to a new video!
Back in September I spent some days exploring Luxembourg, a little country located between Belgium, Germany and France! Thanks to a dense network of trails, it's a real hiking paradise!
Thanks to Luxembourg for Tourism for inviting me to this beautiful area.

And for an awesome tip, Luxembourg is the first country that offers free public transportation country wide!! Just hop in and enjoy free busses, trains.

I also visited Luxembourg and I hiked 3 days on Mullerthal (Trail Route 2 & 3). Like you, I was very impressed by the beauty of the places and what this small country can offer regarding hiking.

Very well done! I myself hiked a large part of the Mullerthal trail in April last year and it was really great! Are you planning to do more videos like this? I mean.. that probably largely depends on whether you'll get more sponserships.. but it's really nice to get to know other regions than just the high alpine mountains that are very suitable for making beautiful hikes! I myself have been to regions like the Black Forest and the Vosges in the past years and those are also very nice hiking regions, but I'd definitely love getting to know more beautiful places like those!

DUUUDE! No way :D! You visited the Müllerthal?? I am sooo happy that you did, and made a video about it! I spent so much time there, really getting into scrambling there. That area of Luxembourg is what convinced me to quit my job and take up a study of Geology. The gorges and forests of the Müllertal are stunning, and a real secret around here. There is always a trail where you're the only person walking. Even when there are other people, just head off into the forest and you will be all alone. The rock formations are also quite stunning (comming from a geologist). They formed after the last ice age (10.000 years ago, so very very young, geologically speaking!). Glaciers had carved out the larger valleys, then melted after the last ice age ended. That left the hillsides of those valleys unstable, which led to huge blocks of rock breaking off of the valley sides, to slooowly slide into the valley and create narrow gorges in the process (which can be walked through, today. That process is still ongoing, by the way). Absoluteley beautiful scenery. Thank you for visiting one of my most intimately known places in the world, and for taking such beautiful shots of the place :) I recognize every scene as a place where I have spent a lot of time :) (Also, verys good pronunciation of "Schießentümpel" :D) Again, so happy to see one of my favourite places ever featured by you =)

While visiting the city of Luxembourg, i saw a huge rock outcropping and decided it would be cool to climb up the face of it! It was fine until i reached the top eighth of the rock which unfortunately started curving inward making it almost impossible To continue! Thevproblem was that much of the climb was made by stretching up and grabbing a rock above! It was imposdible to be able to stretch in the opposite direction and find a foot hold! I had no choice but to continue the climb upward which was getting very smooth as it curved inward making it close to impossible to find anything To grab or a foot hold to push up from! My buddies had gone around the base of the huge rock and hiked up a trail to get up to the top. They weren't in a position to help but guided my movements which eventually did get me safely To the top of that monster rock! Thats what one does when they are young and foolish!! My first and LAST stupid choice like that!!!! Beautiful country and great architecture!!!

Your video's are always awesome to watch. Never thought about going to Luxembourg even tho i live near by. One tip: your audio is clipping and over-compressed, meaning it's too loud and being pushed down by a limiter. It makes it sound super cheap and harsh on the ears.

Hi Bruno, thanks a lot for this unusual, but interesting contribution. Next time, you should pursue your trip till Alsace, and its marvellous Vosges moutains, numerous medieval castles, and enchanting tows and villages. There exist lot of trails managed by the Club Vosgien Association. For sure, a very inviting, interesting region. Bregards Gérard
