I was 19, me and my friend who was 18 got stopped riding bikes at 3am, we were riding to a friend's to hang out. I worked third shift and had the day off so those were my normal hours. We came around a corner in a suburb neighborhood where we lived, where two cops were sitting, as soon as they seen us they lit us up, put the spot light on us , the cop in the front got out door in front of him pulled his gun demanding we lay on the ground. It was pouring rain mind you, we put are hands up, are bikes in-between are legs and my friend layed on the ground, I told him f that I have not done nothing, I'm 19 and it is not illegal to be out at this time if you are an adult. He was about to taze me when the cop in the second car came up and was like IL cuff him it's fine, witch made the first officer switch back to his gun and he told me if I tried anything while his partner cuffed me he would shoot. I got put in the car with the guy who cuffed me, he told me yeah I have been an officer for 10 years with a diff police department, but I just started here so I have to ride and follow a supervisor for my first month, he was like honestly I don't know what this guys problem is, I would have not even stoped you guys this makes no sense to me at all and the only thing we could do is wright you a ticket for not having lights that reach 500 feet on the front in back of the bike after dusk, but I'm not wrighting you nothing cuz this is stupid. The other cop wrote my friend for that ticket and took him to jail for theft warrant he had from when he was 16. For stealing a snickers at a grocery store 😂. Some people should not be in the position to work a job where they get to enforce something or tell people what to do, and that officer was a prime example of it. If that other cop would have not been there I deff would have been tazed, maybe worse, for refusing to lay in the water on the ground when I did nothing illegal at all.
