Hey Kevin, Looks like the same motor on my Swisher 44" rough cut 11.5 hp . I would have to say that's the motor that came with it . I was going to use it today but after seeing you use yours cut I think I better sharpen my blades. yours is cutting very nice, mines hacking the grass . guess I went through to much brush over the past few years .

Does this thing even bog down at all? I have watched this video and even went back and re-watched where you are cutting the bigger stuff but i didnt hear it bog at all going at a pretty good mowing pace. Great little cutter my friend.
