My hometown still make ancient paper with the same method in ancient era. And yes you're right. It's very expensive and beautiful. It's unique and only one in country. We dried the papers with natural color. Some put dry flowers to decorate. We make them both thick and thin. It's more expensive when it be in the stores in town. It's expensive because we have to grow the specific tree and natural meterials to make it. And it takes times to be done. But we always discout for the locals! So I got cheap beautiful ancient paper and notebooks to school when I was young 😊
@beautifulvillian4055 жыл бұрын
@@bhanani5480 no that many labours to make ancient paper. Only 1-2 person can make 100. Trust me, my hometown make it. It's the family job. Dad and mom can make more than 100 ancient papers per month together. And the son just collect the papers when they are dried. But the problem is here. The amount should be at least 100 or more because when they sell to the businessmen, they were paid by weight. Sad that the businessmen pay too cheap (like $1-2/kilogram, even though the real value is $1-2 per piece of a big paper) And the tourist never want to pay as equal as the paper's value. They said it's expensive compare with modern paper. My hometown still keep making it because we're only on most big area and the local government try to safe the ancient culture. Culture is dying when it combines with the businessmen.

She tries to show a different side of China, which your media will never show. If our "dictator government" is so evil, how could we still have a calm and peaceful life?
@reilea99775 жыл бұрын
@@KK-xi7vh No she is NOT trying to show a different side of China. Most of us are trying to survive not wanting to commit suicide from too many people trying to make the best grades under pressure so we can get picked from hundreds who want the same job. We start going to school at 4 and parents are stressed if we don't make it through entrance at 4. Lot of pressure trying to make it in the modern world with all this technology. She is only showing what SHE does and most Chinese do NOT have land where they can do ALL THE THINGS that SHE does. She was raised well to be sufficient as an orphan and learned well. She is blessed to have what she has WITHOUT the pressure from society to make it in a world on which technology is not going anywhere, it's here to stay. And yes, China IS RUN by a dictator in which people have to worry not getting pregnant because there are too many that they have even kill baby girls and there is a two baby rule to cut down on population. This DOES NOT cause peace in the heart of the Chinese, this causes a tremendous amount of stress. She is living in her little world where she DOES NOT have to compete with ANYONE. A style she has been used to and was brought up NOT like today's society. Just because she is the lucky rare does not mean China does not have a dictator and just because China has a dictator does not mean there are no more Chinese not living the way she does. She is the lucky few. And, she is very informative on what she can pull from nature and work with it while others will either look at it and say "I wish I could do what she does in all her videos" or more that likely "thank God I don't have to do what she does it's too much work."
@KK-xi7vh5 жыл бұрын
@@reilea9977 So a democracy would certainly make your life better? A democracy could certainly achieve more than what our "dictator government" achieved in the last 40 years? Remember China is still a developing country TODAY, with 1/5 of the world's population. Is it fair to compare China with the developed countries on living standards and benefits and everything? Maybe you should check another country with such size and population -- India. I'm not saying China is perfect. Just like any other country, China has its own problems, a LOT of problems, and those problems doesn't go away OVERNIGHT, it takes time. If you lost patience and hope, then I'm really sorry for that.

Translation and Introduction: Brush pen, ink stick, paper and inkstone (笔 墨 纸 砚) aka Four Treasures in Study Room of ancient China. Each of them have their own complex technological processes to be finished. Miss Li started to make ink in autumn 2017, and waited one yr above (dry and no shape). In autumn 2018, ink was shaped into sticks and chopped purple (and other types of) bamboos to dry and waited until spring 2019 (make it straight and hard). The head of these two pens are made by goat fur and rabbit fur respectively. In autumn 2017, she started to make paper. Trees were peeled and boiled (10 hours above ) with plant ash. In spring 2019, she made inkstone (for rubbing ink), and drew a Chinese painting (bamboo). And she went to Malaysia introduced to people 4 treasures in study room. Among these four, papermaking tech is one of the four ancient inventions in China (other 3: compass, gunpowder, printing ) Besides, calligraphy is an art expression ever since the born of Chinese characters and has developed five traditional genres. Hope you enjoy.

If you hadn’t known, Liziqi’s parents both died some time ago and she emigrated from the city to take care of her grandmother. That is what she does currently and also manages to raise any money that she can by promoting Chinese Culture. And what does she get in return? She gets idiots on KZbin who re upload her videos just to make profits. It is just simply unfortunate.
For those negative comments who said that she's just showing off of her skills by doing itu alone and saying that she's fake: lol she is a youtuber and whatever happened on behind the scenes Idc her contents are brilliant and much more better than half of youtubers here
