Designer Pro vs Airbrush?? Inochige pro first impressions

I have the designer pro & I love ittttt for under eye setting powder! It’s definitely a game changer 😍 When I’m in a rush, I’ll use it for specific powdering, blush + bronzer! I have a bit of texture on my cheeks so i don’t really like it for highlighter, I prefer a smaller highlighter brush ☺️ The designer pro was my first Fude brush. Thanks for this video!

Thank you! I've been debating whether to add the Airbrush to my collection, and this was so helpful! ☺️ Your makeup always looks beautiful, and the Cheek Pro really seems to apply blush like a dream. I've hesitated to order one because I'm quite pale and it's a denser brush (I tend to use the Soft Cheek or the Rephr 04 or 05), but I'm tempted every time I see you use the Cheek Pro!

Im so glad it is helpful. I think I was really able to show what the Cheek pro can do in this video. It brings out the structure of your face in a way that my other brushes can't. Its also very beginner friendly.

Regarding Chikuhodo, what you mentioned about getting a weird one that's uneven, I have noticed that Chikuhodo quality control has been slipping. I have their Kazan brushes and they are bundled unevenly, even sloppily and that is a shame given that they cost a premium and one expects a premium quality when paying premium price. I feel like the demand for Chikuhodo has exploded and they hired new people who don't have much experience in bundling and making these brushes and their quality control has slipped due to producing more brushes faster to meet demand and not enough attention to quality. And it's not just my Kazan Homare series that has uneven bundling issues, some of my premium Z series have the same issue. Plus, Chikuhodo is the OEM for Eihodo (correct me if I am wrong) and I have noticed same uneven bundling issues with Eihodo brushes too, even their Makie line.

Yes! I’m so glad I’m not the only one who got uneven brushes from them. As I was doing research I saw an announcement that they built a faculty in Korea. I don’t remember if I had the kumano sticker on my chikuhodo. It does seem like they are cranking out a huge amount of brushes plus they are OEM for Suqqu and some other brands including Eihodo.

Well this makes me happy. After watching a bunch of videos including one of your older ones, I grabbed the designer pro and it arrived today (over the Wayne goss). I also grabbed the Chikuhodo (when I heard about the upcoming price increase) Z2 and Z4 and honestly I think they all work for under the eyes. I imagine the Z4 might be the most versatile in that it can work under the eyes but also for blush (more maybe than the other two). But.. I liked that designer pro could work for those harder to pick up highlighters. So I’m glad I have both. I also have Rephr 19, which is of course undyed goat and honestly similar in shape was well. Maybe a bit bigger even and it’s not that big! I think I’m set now and definitely don’t feel I need the airbrush. Maybe the cheek pro though 😉

Those are all amazing choices. The cheek pro would compliment what you already have. It’s perfect for when you want your blush to stand out. To me it brings the colors out. Enjoy your new brushes 😊
