Happy Valentine's Day to all of you and be blessed with lots of love from the people you care :)
As usual, we cook dinner on Valentine's Day. This year, we decided to cook something new - Brussel Sprouts! I have been watching brussel sprouts videos online these days. I have so much expectations and can't wait to taste it! So excited!
Verdict:
The brussel sprouts that we made were not crunchy as we thought, and bitter. But we enjoyed its layered texture, which was fun to chew on. Next time we would try grilling it longer in the oven.
Steak was not cooked at high enough temperature, so it felt more like boiling rather than searing. In the end, it was overcooked and tough. :(
