Brahms has got to be one of my absolute favourite characters in cinematic history (disregarding the sequel) and I physically cannot describe how much serotonin this animatic gave me. I really loved the way the first movie defied the traditional "haunted doll trope" and instead went for...well, a traumatized and lonesome dude casually living in the walls. Despite being a murderer you can't help but sympathize with the guy, and you genuinely captured that perfectly in just a brief one minute masterpiece. All in all this is really super cool, I'm so glad that The Boy fandom is still alive.

Actually there is! Its a movie called Maniac and it stars Elijah Wood as the slasher. Its a first person movie that basically has him stalking and killing women he gets infatuated with. I'm not gonna spoil the rest of it for you but if you're interested then definitely give it a watch!

SPOILERS!!! "The Boy"(not the sequal) was the only horror move that made me cry. After Gretta stabbed him, you could just see the genuine betrayal in his eyes. He truly loved Gretta and he wanted to be with her and protect her.

But bro that's the clear difference between a psychotic man and a normal humane girl. After hearing a story about him ending the life of an innocent young girl when he was just a child, how can Greta believe him at once. After watching Cole being chocked by the shard to death and Malcom being hit the same way as Emily, including Emily's thought, how can she believe that man? She felt herself as his next target so she had to take that step immediately for her safety. Because we know that giving some flowers to a little girl being a little one himself was not a big deal. Even hugging and kissing or any such lovely activities between kids who are 8 years old is not something romantic or mature. Even rejection is not anything serious. But the way Brahms actually ended the girl's life is something too odd and brutal according to human nature. Kids hit each other, fight, or don't talk ignoring each other when they are extremely angry with each other. Their minds are never able to get a portion of these ugly things. Being a mature women from a civilised background and coming in contact with a man with such records, is obvious for her to get him away from her near and dear life.
