So the next challenge run being worked on is where we must beat the entirety of Persona 3 FES by ONLY DOING MANDATORY BATTLES. Optional battles are illegal. Because of that, we're at level 44 with Makoto by the time we reach the Carnal Snakes in Block 6 of Tartarus. And these Snakes are beyond annoying when you're underleveled! I use Ose to null dark and resist fire. And I use Aigis, Ken, and Koromaru because they're the latest party members you get (therefore the highest leveled.) And as you can tell, we had to waste SO MANY ITEMS like somas, magic/attack mirrors, and revival beads just to make this fight possible. Hope you enjoy this fight and anticipate the run soon!

a bit late to mention this now, but keep in mind going solo in some fights might actually be easier than relying on squishy teammates, plus you'll be getting solo XP on makoto. these guys don't even null fire, meaning you can absolutely destroy them with repel fire, until they fire break you. once they do that, have fun. way I did this was praying for evade fire to work, plus some magic mirrors. the world balance fight will be hilarious to watch though, the end of that fight is absolutely idiotic unless you somehow manage to 1 tap it before it starts spamming megidolaons.

No way in hell is solo possible. I mean, look at the damage taken, given, and not to mention the challenge run making it impossible

@@NitsuaGamer not sure honestly, but to me it doesn't seem *im*possible. unlikely, yes, but ultimately with a decent enough RNG possible. damage repelled shouldn't be affected by your level AFAIK; against nyx I repel a couple hundred off every -dyne and I'm like 15 levels down, meaning they'd at least be taking damage at a consistent pace, not to mention repelled damage goes thru resist (but not nul/rpl/abs). other than that, it should just be a matter of surviving, which I've no idea how possible it is, although I don't think your evasion would be *that* affected, pretty sure I beat them at around 50-ish or so, give or take(upon checking, 56; much higher than you, but the same strat should apply with more RNG into it). it's been a while since I beat them, but from what I remember(and with their skill list open), a build against them shouldn't be too tough to come up with. high agility stat is definitely a must, you can probably build everything else around it. any kind of nul dark (or better) is easy to come by, worst case have something morph into it repel fire is a must, likely will have to morph into it fire break is a pain in the ass though. way I counter stuff with break is run evade to that element. I won't be able to repel fire damage back, but at the very least I'll survive long enough for it to wear off (hopefully). now if they start recasting it every time it's possible, well, then unlucky; reset time. nothing you can do about life drain, except pray that it dies fast enough. by the looks of it, it casts it when under 25% HP or so. spirit drain doesn't really matter if they cast it tbh most of the time repel pierce is also awesome to have: free damage + wasted turn if they use a pierce attack. no way to get it that early without morph shenanigans. as for their buffs, legit just skip them and pray they won't matter. it's not worth trying to counter them, just deal damage. last thing you might want to get is diarahan on your persona so you don't have to waste as many beads. granted, beads are grindable once that block unlocks, but even then they're a pain in the ass to get large quantities of (I say that with a full 99 stack in my inventory lmfao) I don't mean to be shilling my own vids, but look at the way I beat them. I was an idiot and didn't try repelling their stuff either and just went for a rs fire + evade fire instead. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pnS1lKiMgNGdpck
