It’s such a great use of “hiding in plain sight”. I don’t think most people would have bothered to read what the stylized text was thinking it to just be some metal band reference. Only when Doviculus points it out does the name become highlighted.

Ah, Emperor Doviculus... Still one of my all time favourite characters. Awesome dеsign and thought-out personality and behavior, completed with Tim Curry's gorgeous voice acting makes this character so interesting to watch! And the way he's taking out the guitar from his chest impresses me! I wish there was some merch with him, I'd definitely buy it :(

Not quite. In certain settings, positions of power could get dual meaning. In the Elder Scrolls, for example, all Daedra lords are referred to as "Prince", even the females. The term "Emperor" could just as easily find dual use like that in this game's setting.
