TWolves were leading 80% of the time these first 2 games. Their role players stepped up big time but when it’s closing time, it’s time for the 2 superstars to step up. Both these teams play terrific D and that travels on the road. Home court doesn’t matter much in this series.

They have won in so many different ways. During this playoff run. That's what makes them so dangerous. And Luka hasn't been 100 percent. He's as close to 100 percent he has been in this series. And that should scare everyone. I don't think Luka and the mavs will be losing again being up 2-0 like they lost against the clippers in 2021. This is a much better mavs team than that one. And ant ain't on the level that kawai was in that series. Ant definitely has the potential to be that but he isn't there yet. All that said the wolfs have a bright future. @DefenderOfLogic with ANT, the lumber injury is messing with his decision-making because he can't rely on his quickness and explosiveness, which is messing with his decision-making. It's really tough for him when they're packing the lan, and no one is making a 3 besides Naz. McDaniels, KA, and NAW can't make a 3 tonight. Scoring has been our Achilles heel all season. Rudy and Kat both missed a ton of bunnies tonight. I think they were seeing ghosts all night because the bigs on the Mavs were so active. Rudy's never been good around the rim unless it's a dunk. A lot of bigs just don't have any touch...ie: Shack, Dwight Howard, etc.

I am so fucking mad KAT was benched. What the actual hell?!? If I was Glen somebody is getting fired after this playoffs. I did not pay KAT that much to sit him in the most pivotal game with the best roster that the org has ever constructed since I've ever owned the team. Absolutely inexcusable in my opinion. KAT wasn't even bad per se. He was doing fine, drawing fouls and making free throws and not getting utterly cooked on the other end of the floor. I don't understand it. He was even smiling in the third!!! KAT's smile is a contagious X-Factor for the entire team. 10 out of 10 mad he got done like that and I'm not even a KAT super fan. I blame Ant's girlfriend, and the 2 week old baby. They all look tired. I think we'd be better off playing bench players way more and using that depth. Basketball is all about energy. I played 5 minutes per quarter in college, and after those 5 minutes I was gassed everytime. They can't be saving their energy for later, that's literally what they teach you- play the bench!

The Wolves spent huge money, energy and effort in recent years to very specifically beat the Nuggets. They played with literally maniacal intensity in that super physical series. Congratulations. But I think all of that took a huge toll on the team. The Mavs had to beat the laughable and tissue soft and crippled Clippers to get to this round. Bad news for Wolves fans. The series is already over. Maybe the fanatical focus on the Nuggets wasn't the best way to build your team or approach the playoffs. Oh, and can we all agree to pump the brakes on Ant as the next guy? He was actually terrible in multiple games v the Nuggets and has looked lost in this series.
