Not necessarily at high speed, but certainly efficiently. There are videos here of flying wings doing long range FPV in the mountains, though by necessity a lot of it would have to be autonomous.

Sometimes You just have to do an upwind landing when the approach allows You more space to slow instead of coming in high over tress. Nice ship.

valderja could just stop the prop and reverse it before touch down, that's how I have my big wing setup, works really well.

Viel beindruckender fand ich die Segeleigenschaften die bei der lanbdung für leichte Schwirigkeiten sorgten , aber das war ja auch damals so gedacht von den Brüder Horten ein Flieger zu gauen der besonders gute segelflug Eigenschaften hat und sie haben einige Preise mit ihren Flugzeugen gewonnen , schade das es diese Art der Flugzeuge nicht mehr im Segelflug gibt außer bei RC Modellen oder im Militärischen bereich sind die Nuris sehr rar geworden , zu unrcht wie mir scheint

The fastest plane I have flown was my Fun Jet on 6S it was GPS clocked at 131 mph. That was a hand full. My Fun Jet usually flys 4S at about 100 to 115 mph. I wish they would post what motor, prop, and ESC they were running.

My Gremlin would do 121 MPH using an OS 46LA and it was ROCK STEADY at all speeds. And I could fly at this speed for over 10 minutes!

This is a special type of wing called a nurflügel. No vertical stabilizers. No vertical surfaces at all as a matter of fact

What kind of brushless motor do you have on that jet? I have an F-15C and its running a 90mm brushless motor and it'll be 90 miles an hour. Your jet looks the same size as mine.

If I was flying this plane I'm sure I would have lost orientation and crashed it. Dark blue on the under surface is OK but I would have painted it a light, bright color like yellow, red, orange or white on the upper surface.
