Joardee said they ask Ele to respec for a few clears and then go back to Ele (probably). kzbin.info/www/bejne/r4TMYnmpmKusfaM IMHO you don't have to worry as an Ele. Chain Lightning is gonna be very useful on trash packs, muru adds and kjd reflections.

The thing is that most guilds don't have 7+ healers on their roster because they just wouldn't have all gotten spots in previous tiers, so the ele makes the most sense to swap to healer in Sunwell compared to enhance or shadow

we have burn victims go stand right on melee basically just out of range to spread burn that way you dont need the 4th group nd it allows a shaman to just focus chain heal melee to deal with burns nd with that nd a few hots to help the shammy keep onto of the last 10 seconds ish of burn seems very smooth

Thanks for the video. May I ask for group 4 shaman. Is he actually full resto or is an ele wearing resto gear? Just trying to plan our comp :) or do we drop the ele go straight up resto? Also can we make the boomkin go dreamstate resto instead and fill that boomkin slot with one more lock? :) or can we just totally neglect imp FF at this point of the game?

my thing with this fight is for tanks to pay attention to stomp, I go over thr armor cap for this fight because when stomp comes in u get that 50% reduction. I pop a trinket cd on stomps and rotate them. also if ur a bear when ur about to taunt off the other tank put barkskin up to help the healers on the switch. other tip: go into dbm and look for thr stomp spell, put a audio count down on. should be the second option.

also those iron skin potions right at the start. dont use a flask. should be about 2 rotations of metor strike switching before you have to apply another. so when he's looking at ur other tank before u grab aggro if ur a bear pop another potion and barkskin and then taunt

Why are so many guides so focused on the third stack? In general you should always try to truant after stomp, unless their debuff didn't run out. Tanking through a stomp is always very risky and not needed 90% of the times "I will taunt after stomp" "I can't taunt/I will taunt late, healers get ready to heal through stomp" "I am getting too many stacks, ignore stomp timer and take boss when possible, we will do a taunt/taunt back swap to deal with the next stomp" "I have burn on me and will taunt to eat the stomp" That's all the tank communication you need on this fight.

Tanking through the Stomp is far less risky if you're smart enough to have two Ferals tanking the boss. Sure if you're one of those guilds dumb/unlucky enough to be tanking him with a Prot Pally or, worse still, a Pr*t W*rrior then maybe Stomp will be a much bigger issue.

As a druid you can get armor capped easily with inspiration, yet, the stomp still kills 50% of your armor. Just taunt it everytime and you rarely ever have to heal through a stomp. The only thing that can wipe you on this boss is, if DPS don't know their safe spots when burning...as a healer this fight is dead easy unless you solo heal the burn targets as a resto, then it requires a little more skill as you have to time your final lifebloom tick to run out the second before the last burn tick...

@@Excentrix54 so enlighten us. Is the armor increasing effect calculated as a flat increase based on the initial armor before the debuff? You still can't get armor capped like that I'd say or if so, you'd had to dump a ton of threat which I would say isn't worth it... I doubt that classic scripted so that Inspiration and ancestral fortification stack... I assume it's ancestral fort you are talking about as ancestral knowledge doesn't help with stomps
