Scoot is low cost airline owned by Singapore Airlines. They don't offer meals, no video screen, no blankets, no pillows, no cell charger and even no water. For water also you have to pay 3 Singapore dollars. For mobile charging you have to opt scoot plus or you have to pay extra $$$$. Ticket prices are cheap so they wont give any facilities which reduces operating costs for them.
