Brutally honest review of your review---------No knowledge of culinary standards so---------it's remoulade sauce for the lobster croquette. Your choices made little sense. French custards are not sweet. You ordered the same dishes????? Your critique should be entitled 'But.' Tea time at the Empress Hotel was exceptional. Take scones with jam or marmalade and clotted cream----ask if you don't know mayo from clotted cream from cream cheese, study up before taking tea and how and what was your tea? Don't leave your spoon in the tea cup. The 'cookie' was a tart. The 'raisins' were probably currants. Napkins in the lap. Again, remoulade sauce on that fish entree---fried is the worst way to cook shrimp---usually rubbery. That seafood 'soup' is a chowder, probably missing the salt you are accustomed too. Same selections throughout. Branch out and share for a more varied dining experience, and that beef looks really well done and missing horseradish???? And you thought you were brutal?

Rude much? They never said anything about being foodies or culinary people. They are just sharing the experience they had. I have been to tea at a few places that use soft whipped cream instead of clotted bc it's very difficult to get on the West Coast of the US and often places sup smaller raisins instead of currants save cost.

In total agreement ! Food Reviewers - they absolutely are not in any sense and their critiques show they know nothing about foods...OMG< They order the same foods to review - seriously nuts !.Looking at all their videos - they eat in the cheapest restaurants - I mean reviewing Golden Corral - seriously and the others as well.....I'm now thinking that their channel is a put on....because it can't be real and they look bored beyond belief.......Just shows anybody can start a channel but why if you haven't a clue what your doing ! They ought to watch authentic food reviews on KZbin so they will see what makes good reviews - It's Knowledge, Taste, Excellent Understanding Of Foods etc etc etc......Their reviews - brutal
