Maybe worth saying that Watford have made it so fans can buy the shirt without the sponsor this season, which as a Watford fan I’m glad about (though I’m still probs not gonna buy the home shirt this year!). Agree that betting sponsors should get in the bin, especially if they’re called something as crap as ‘MrQ’

The West Brom home kit is in tribute to Jeff Astle, and the foundation named after him. The design was made to be very close to the kit Astle wore in the 1970s. The stripes being wider would've meant deviating further from the design it's meant to resemble. I dislike the sponsor personally, but the green circle is part of the brand so they can't change that. It's also an English company so I'm actually alright with it, I'd sooner that than some big Chinse monstrosity like you see on other kits, or a betting brand. 3 is very harsh considering the sentimentality behind the kit, and the fact there's nothing directly offensive about its design.

I was on holiday before COVID and went to a Millwall match. I wouldn't say racist but tense, brash and loud sure. It almost seemed like a badge of honor to be a tad obnoxious. Who knows as an American I heard things about Millwall being different (no one likes us we don't care) so it was I was driving my car after getting it out of the shop... I was more aware of the slightest rumbling. All and all I liked the match and later that night when I went to see Richard III at the Globe it was almost as dramatic 😂
