I will explain you how it's done. It isn't patched yet, just on PTS I think. You both (at least 2) have to get magi's revenge and get cc ed in the same time, the item will add 1 stack. Keep doing it, you will zoom at 4+ staks. You loose the staks when you die. Max 754 movement. Everybody will report you for speed hacking btw 😂.

magis revenge is broken under certain circumstances and it ends up giving you permanent stacks of like 200 move spd

Magi's revenge procs a buff when you get cc'd 'that gives you a stack of movement speed. Then removes 1 stack. This is important. With 2 Magi's revenge procs, you get 2 stacks, but lose only 1 stack. So you're stuck with permanent movement speed increase.
