I mean as far as I have seen a lot of the really game changing exploits, like this tsukuyomi/atlas bug they seem to surrender when they do it in the game and a lot of the other things they do are just doing unorthodox strats so he isn't that bad since he is not using it to win or something like that.

I think it tied to ANY pull or pushes

While theyre mid air being pulled to atlas you hit them with any knockback. This puts them in the condition where they have the debuff atlas's draw knockback has. After that any knockback will cause the debuff to go off and pull them to atlas.

They also dont post vids about glitches until theyve been fixed, more often than not forwarding the footage of the bug then posting said footage. Thats what they did with the bad Gilgamesh bug at least

1. We send Hi Rez the bugs we find and how to recreate them. 2. We don't use these bugs to win games, we surrender after we have fun with them. 3. We don't try to abuse bugs that are hardware related. The Atlas ult bug that happened a while back was hardware related and allowed you to cast a million ults at once. I imagine this is the bug that your friend got banned for.
