ha! sadly the odds of me retraining my fingers is pretty low 😂 when i teach i do my best to not use shortcuts since they're one more thing for people to learn. I really try to keep my shortcuts to copy/cut/paste - even that annoys people (and many find even those difficult to remember)

Your videos are terrific! This is a great project. I noticed that the sequences in the training set have different lengths. Would this affect how the code works?

Ideally, I think they would all span the same regions of the gene. Regardless, it seems to do a good job
