+annie williams to be honest, I have no clue. From watching there B.e.t show I know one of them had a drinking problem, but other than that I guess they just decided to break up. Jake & papa are doing solo music right now, but hopefully they'll get back together.

+Hi_ImAlisha the age different was huge between them, and their priorities. Anthony and Grady were more than 10 years older than Jake and Poppa. Anthony and Gray both have daughters who are teenagers like 16 and 17 years old. Actually I believe that Grady, who was the oldest brother in the group is 38 or 39, whereas the baby of the group is maybe 26. They still perform, they even post videos of the, singing when they are all together with their father. Grady and Anthony tour and perform with their father, while Jake and Papa perform as a duo called Jake&Papa, their music is amazing, check out their KZbin and their album Athena'a Erotica.

Miyshoi Collins You have a point. In fact, that's how a LOT of groups broke up. It can be difficult working with others in a regular 9 to 5 job... I can't even imagine how stressful it is when you're working with others and you're touring the country working night and day... personalities will clash, everyone's got their own brand of "drama", not to mention the greedy promoters and managers that whispering in the ears of one of the members that they are "better" than their other group members and try to lead them away from the rest of the group. Right now, I'm trying to think of ONE singing group that DID NOT experience that kind of pressure. Are there any singing groups that actually PASSED that kind of test?... I can't think of one... can you?
