I think car manufacturers should be limiting the car and bike speeds to 70-80 irrespective of the engine capacity. This has to be forced by government for atleast 5 years and people will then get used to that speeds

Truck under-gaurds need improvements as many accidents occur when cars traveling in high speeds slide under these unprotected trucks. Trucks parking on road-sides is even more dangerous and topic of concern! Drivers need to be aware of the issues around. I can also say that the licence is given away you have to just pay up. There are no test conducted here .too many people needs licence it is not possible to conduct test for all.
