Shillong is the Rock City of India, Meghalaya is the place of enjoyment but sad to say that no development. The road is very rough especially the NH 6 and in rural areas as well, spending alots of public money just for enjoyment but not for development wasting alot of public money for public party but no money for teachers salary,no money for students scholarship, taking thousands of crores of loan from world bank just for enjoyment. And also Meghalaya electricity bill are very high for the public but very low electricity bill for the big company especially for cement factories.
