I have no words that can illustrate the emotional value this song has for me. What a truly magical, beautiful song and voice. So very powerful. For a while now i've put this song on repeat on Spotify but just now have i looked on KZbin to see if there is a live version of Bryan Adams singing. It's so much different seeing him singing in front of me. The tears just kept falling. The movie Spirit was the first ever movie i watched that made me cry and i remember it to this day, i was only about 4 when i watched it in roughly 2005. Ever since, i've rewatched it many times with the SAME feeling and emotion i felt when i was a child. Bryan Adams, i thank you for your greatest work. I wish that one day we can meet! Kenza.

Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron is such a great film and soundtrack. I heard Bryan Adams for the first time when I was 3 years old thanks to his amazing voice, talent, & songwriting ability. I grew up on “Here I Am”, “You Can’t Take Me”, “Get Off My Back”, & “Sound the Bugle”. Those have been one with me. Even when I was a little boy, and even now as a young man those songs have always been with me as if to guide to the direction in my life. And in this song, sometimes I feel like a leaf, never knowing where life will take me. Thank you Bryan, for always being with even though we don’t know each other, and even in past I never knew but every time I hear a song from Spirit & when I’m down, it’s like your music reaches out your hands and says ‘Here I Am”.
