I just saw a stat that proves no team that pays 3 stars over 30M each has returned to the playoffs in at least 2 to 3 years. This seals it for me. The Dallas Cowboys have focused on having stars verses developing a completely balanced roster of quality players at each position. They are going to have to make the difficult decision to get rid of either Dax, Cede or Micah. I know that this is going to be controversial, but I say it needs to be Micah. He talks too much, is too full of himself, is arrogant, disappears in games, is overrated and a potential pain in the neck for the team in the future. Get rid of him now and get a couple of number ones for him while you still can. Sign a 3 year deal with Dax for $175M, 125M guaranteed, (I’m sure he’ll take it), then use one of those number ones for Micah to get a solid young quarterback in the draft to play under Dax for 3 years, doing all this while rebuilding a team for the future. Then, let Dax go in 3 years and you have a good young team ready to play for future Super Bowls. I say this with full confidence: if the Cowboys attempt to pay 3 players the money they are contemplating doing, it will be a complete disaster!!! IT WILL NOT WORK!!!!

Jeff he's played horrible in the play offs . His int and missed throws costed them especially in the last game in the playoffs. He cost them a chance of staying in the game.

I think the level of QB prospect is better now than it was in the early 2000's.
@rrobz39484 ай бұрын
I don't see any appreciable difference. There have always been a very finite number of people on the planet that can play the position at an NFL level, which is why they get paid. Remember, the early 2000s gave us Brady, Brees, Rivers, Roethlisberger, and Rodgers - all time greats who were still the top QBs 10-15 years after they were drafted. Even Vick and Romo were solid QBs who were at or close to the top of the game.

If cowboys don’t move on from the QB they will destroy this team for years people don’t understand why would pay this QB that type of money and get the same results! It’s a poor investment there has been podcast about this issue and shows that he’s had a top of the league offense and hasn’t been able too get it done I have respect for people who understand the game of football all different levels but when you think cowboys should hold on to the player who is going to continue to fail in major games regular season and definitely playoffs! It’s a poor investment pay someone who will cost way way less save as much as money as you can to me that’s just plain dumb to pay someone that type of money 💰 who doesn’t produce in the most important games if cowboys don’t start this year for a QB cowboys will be in serious trouble I haven’t rooted for cowboys for the past 3 seasons and haven’t been wrong about the situation yet! And I have been a Cowboys fan for almost 50 years and I know what I know from my experience watching the game. I don’t think people hate Dak I just think the majority understand that we’ve seen enough because we’ve had Roger the Dodger and Troy Aikman to know when we have a championship QB and I’m sorry being a nice guy isn’t the criteria to be a championship QB You either have it or you don’t he’s just a decent top 20 quarterback that’s where most put him in rankings it’s not personal it’s business and everyone knows that but if cowboys don’t move on I will be destroying this team for a fourth year and I wasn’t a professional scouting staff member for anyone never played professional football 🏈 nor coached any team in any capacity but I know football as a long time fan and have watched the best of the best players collegiate sports and professional sports 🏈 🏀⚾️⚽️🎱🏐🎾🏓 and I know cowboys should move on before it’s too late because they will be sick if they don’t and they won’t be able to get a refund we all are about to see how much wisdom does the Jones possess this is jones biggest test yet I wonder will they stick to their guns and play it out or cave in and wreck the team for years?

Aside from Mahomes and maybe Josh Allen, you can’t spend $60M even on a QB without wrecking your team.

Dak's sample size is bigger than seven games include his performance against playoff teams during the regular season.

Dak needs to go. That playoff loss is unacceptable. Broaddus talks about QB Purgatory but also says the Cowboys draft well and they always find good players.

What QB since Aikman have they drafted that has had success in the playoffs? Or success at all outside of Romo & Dak? They do not draft well at the QB position lol Dak is just now entering his prime, how about we get the defense to not give up 30+ points in the playoffs??
@wilsonsantiago30954 ай бұрын
@@juwanwells5166this defense will probably still give up 30 points but I think the offense will have a down season
